About the Role
Intellipaat is looking for an experienced Senior Campus Manager / Operations Program Manager to manage end-to-end campus and program operations across our partner institutions.The role will be the key link between Intellipaat, college leadership, faculty/trainers, and students, ensuring smooth academic delivery, strong student engagement, operational excellence, and successful execution of large-scale initiatives such as hackathons, competitions, workshops, and industry programs.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in education operations, program management, campus/centre management, academic administration, or related fields.
- Experience in EdTech, higher education, universities, or colleges preferred.
- Experience managing teams, educational programs, and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in hackathons,



competitions, large-scale student events, or national-level programs will be an advantage.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
- Ability to work independently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel across partner campuses as required.
