About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organised Commercial skilled to manage international vendor communication, purchase of parts/materials, import coordination, and timely dispatch of materials to customers.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be responsive, and be comfortable coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of orders.

Key Responsibilities

Correspond with international vendors for quotations, order placement, order confirmations, delivery schedules and documentation.

Coordinate procurement of parts and materials from overseas suppliers.

Handle and coordinate import processes, including shipping documents, customs clearance and related formalities.

Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs agents, transporters and internal teams.

Track shipments and ensure timely receipt of imported materials.

Coordinate inspection, documentation and dispatch of materials to customers.

Maintain proper records of purchase orders,



invoices, shipping documents and import-related documentation.

Follow up proactively with vendors and service providers to resolve delays or issues.

Ensure timely and accurate updates to internal teams on order and shipment status.

Requirements

Candidate Requirements :

5–6 years of experience in Commercial / Imports / International Procurement / Logistics.

Good understanding of import procedures and documentation.

Experience in dealing with international suppliers and freight forwarders.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Strong follow-up and coordination skills.

Quick response and ability to handle multiple activities simultaneously.

Good working knowledge of MS Office/Excel.

Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned activities.
