Job Title: Community Lead

Role Overview

The frontline student helper across WhatsApp, Telegram, Reddit, Facebook, and iQuanta's own application. The first priority is to genuinely help the student — understand their problem, guide them correctly, and where an iQuanta product can truly solve their need, recommend it naturally. In this role, you will keep students informed, engaged, and supported, while identifying counselling opportunities for Sales and representing the iQuanta brand accurately at every touchpoint.

Core Responsibilities
- Student Query Resolution & Nurturing
- Query Handling & Guidance: Answer student queries accurately and guide them through their exam preparation journey.
- Community Nurturing: Actively participate in community conversations to build trust and long-term engagement with students.
- Consultative Recommendations: Understand each student's need before recommending anything, and suggest the right iQuanta product only when it genuinely helps.
- Sales Handoff:



Identify students who need counselling and connect them with the Sales team at the right moment.
- Escalation Management: Route academic, technical, or payment issues to the appropriate internal team and follow up to ensure closure.
- Content & Marketing Dissemination
- Collateral & Academic Content Sharing: Share marketing collaterals, practice questions, concept notes, and preparation guidance across assigned platforms.
- Posting Cadence & Calendar Adherence: Follow the content calendar from Marketing/Academic teams so the right content reaches the right platform and audience.
- AMA Sessions & Community Programs
- Session Planning: Coordinate scheduling, promotion, and logistics for Ask-Me-Anything (AMA) sessions with faculty, alumni, or subject-matter experts.
- Session Facilitation: Moderate live AMA sessions — managing the question queue and ensuring a positive experience for participants.
