What would you do? • The Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist ensures training content uses correct, concise, and clear language and is consistent with prescribed guidelines and standards.





• Talent Development Instruction Design

• • Proven knowledge of English grammar and different English dialects
• • Excellent command over written and verbal English and robust communication skills
• • Keen attention to detail
• • Familiarity with style guides such as the Chicago Manual of Style or in house style guides
• • Ability to work with stringent timelines; flexibility and agility to adjust to changing schedules
• • Ability to work with a range of subjects
What are we looking for? • Preferred
• • Exposure to the content development instructional design domain
• • Graduate in any discipline; prefer degree in English, Technical Writing, Communications, or related field or equivalent experience
• • 7-11 years of working experience in copyediting, proofreading, or reviewing instructional material, preferably in the digital medium.
