Job Summary
Role Purpose
Candescent is seeking a thoughtful, detail-oriented UI/UX Designer to shape the look, feel, and usability of our website and digital experiences from one of our India office locations. You will design intuitive, on-brand experiences from wireframe through high-fidelity mockup, working closely with web, marketing,



and product marketing teams to bring ideas to life.
This is a hands-on design role for someone who enjoys solving user problems through clean, purposeful design and who wants to see their work built and shipped quickly. You will work closely with the web development team to ensure designs are implemented accurately and responsively.

- Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity UI for web pages, landing pages, and digital experiences in Figma.
- Translate business goals and user needs into intuitive user flows and information architecture.
- Design and iterate on landing pages and campaign assets in support of marketing and demand generation initiatives.
- Support A/B testing initiatives by designing test variants for key pages and conversion flows.
