Job Description

Join Basware's Legal & Sourcing team in office in Chandigarh, leading a 3-person contract data extraction team — yourself plus two junior legal/paralegal analysts — reporting to the Global Contract Data Lead. The team builds a clean, source-attributed dataset from Basware's customer contracts, starting with our VIP, Strategic and Key segments, using an AI-assisted extraction platform (tool selection pending). You'll set up the methodology in week one, then run daily production: extracting and QA'ing contracts, training and supporting the two analysts, resolving complex cases, correcting AI output, and partnering with our IT project lead on tooling.
