The Role & Impact





We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and hands-on Technical Lead, Engineering to lead, mentor, and scale our high-performing development team at our Noida Sector 125 office. In this role, you will have complete ownership and accountability for high-quality, timely software delivery within a rapid-paced Agile environment.

You won't just manage tasks; you will guide a team of 4 to 8 talented engineers, architect scalable Microservices applications, conduct rigorous design and code reviews, and drive practical adoption of modern AI-assisted engineering tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and Amazon Q Developer) to maximize team productivity and code quality. You will act as the critical technical bridge between product owners, architects, and engineering squads.
