- Operate assigned sewing machine safely and efficiently.
- Stitch garment components according to the approved sample and operation specification.
- Maintain required quality, stitch accuracy, and workmanship.
- Achieve daily production targets as instructed by the Team Leader.
- Check fabric and garment pieces before and after stitching.
- Identify and report defects such as skipped stitches, open seams, puckering, broken stitches, etc.
- Follow approved SOP, work instructions, and operation method.
- Maintain proper machine speed and handling according to the operation.
- Keep the workplace clean and follow 5S practices.
- Handle garments carefully to avoid stains, damage, and mixing of sizes/colors.
- Inform the Team Leader or Mechanic about machine problems immediately.
- Follow all PPE, safety, and company rules.
- Cooperate with Quality Checker and Production Team.
- Maintain proper material flow and avoid unnecessary wastage.
- Support other operations when required by the department
