- To handle & navigate schemes portals for VISA, MASTER, RUPAY, DISCOVER.
- Should have knowledge in scheme rules and regulations.
- To handle the Pre-Arbitration, Pre-Compliance, Arbitration, Compliance.
- To handle chargeback reconciliation.
- To prepare the MIS for sharing to clients.
- To identify POS entry modes of transactions & to determine the fraud transactions.
- To monitor & action fund collection & disbursements of card scheme.
