Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities across brands, agencies, and
digital advertisers.
• Build and maintain relationships with performance managers, performance
heads, media planners, and agency stakeholders.
• Drive the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to negotiation,
closure..
• Understand client objectives and recommend relevant AdTech, performance
marketing, programmatic, mobile advertising, and user acquisition and
remarketing solutions.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and media
plans.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Develop a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, networking,
referrals, events, and industry relationships.
• Work closely with campaign management, account management, and
operations teams to ensure successful campaign execution.

• Track market trends, competitor offerings, pricing, and emerging advertising
technologies.

• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, CRM updates, and regular business reports.

• 2–6 years of experience in AdTech, MarTech, digital media, performance
marketing, media sales.

• Strong understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including CPC,
CPM, CPA, CPI, programmatic advertising, mobile advertising,
performance marketing, and attribution.

• Existing relationships with brands, agencies, or digital marketing decisionmakers will be an advantage.

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building
skills.

• Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand client business
objectives.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, targetdriven environment.

• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar
platforms is preferred.
