This role focuses on strengthening data quality, governance, and operational excellence across diverse content domains.
You will establish consistent standards and frameworks that help ensure datasets are accurate, complete, consistent, timely, and fit for purpose.
The position offers broad cross-functional exposure, partnering with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Quality teams.
You will investigate complex data-quality issues, identify root causes, and turn insights into scalable and sustainable improvements.
The role combines analytical problem-solving with governance, process optimization, documentation, and data stewardship.
You will also help identify opportunities to use AI and automation to improve quality, increase efficiency, and reduce manual effort.

Accountabilities:
- Establish and maintain data quality standards, business rules, metadata definitions, and taxonomy frameworks across multiple content domains.
- Monitor dataset health and quality metrics to identify opportunities to improve accuracy, completeness, consistency, and timeliness.
- Investigate recurring data-quality issues and perform detailed root cause analysis.
- Develop preventive and scalable solutions to address systemic quality problems.
- Partner with operational teams to identify recurring issues and implement sustainable process improvements.
- Develop and maintain data-quality dashboards that provide meaningful visibility into dataset health.
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, governance documentation, standard operating procedures, and other quality resources.
