Your future role

You'll play a pivotal role in driving project execution, ensuring contractual requirements and customer expectations are met while maximizing results. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across functions such as engineering, quality, EHS, sourcing, and HR, as well as external stakeholders like customers and suppliers, to oversee depot activities, fleet management,
and maintenance operations.
You’ll specifically take care of leading troubleshooting efforts and ensuring fleet performance targets are achieved, but also driving continuous improvement initiatives and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
We’ll look to you for:

Driving the execution of projects to meet contractual requirements and customer expectations

Ensuring project QCDP (Quality, Cost, Delivery, Performance) and EHS (Environment, Health, Safety) compliance

Managing overall project P&L; and optimizing financial performance

Leading and coordinating depot activities, including fleet management and maintenance

Building and maintaining robust relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Providing technical support for troubleshooting, validation, certification, and warranty operations

Ensuring compliance with EHS rules, quality policies, and standard proces
