As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will support strategic data initiatives and help transform complex information into meaningful business insights. You will contribute to the design and development of analytical data products, dashboards, reporting solutions, and data models. Working within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary team, you will combine data analysis, visualization, and statistical techniques to address business needs. You will gather and translate requirements into effective analytical solutions while engaging with stakeholders throughout project delivery. Your ability to communicate findings through clear data storytelling will help decision-makers understand trends, opportunities, and performance. This is a fully remote chance offering the flexibility to contribute from anywhere in India.

Accountabilities:
- Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, patterns,



opportunities, and actionable business insights.
- Design, develop, optimize, and maintain advanced Power BI solutions, dashboards, and reporting products.
- Apply a broad range of data visualization techniques to communicate analytical findings clearly and effectively.
- Develop data models and analytical solutions that support strategic business and operational objectives.
- Gather, clarify, and document requirements for analytical projects in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into scalable and user-focused BI solutions.
- Present analytical findings using effective data storytelling techniques to support informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders throughout the development and delivery of data products and services.
