Job Description:
As the System Studies Team Manager, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing System Studies organization by driving operational excellence, people development, competency growth, capacity planning, financial performance, and organizational development. You will ensure delivery performance in terms of utilization, on-time delivery, quality, cost, safety, and compliance while fostering robust stakeholder engagement and cross-functional collaboration. You will build capabilities for future business growth through strategic workforce planning, recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and technology adoption. You will work closely with local and global stakeholders to ensure effective execution of business objectives and continuous improvement of engineering delivery.



You will represent the team within local and global management forums and contribute to the organization's strategic roadmap and long-term success.

Activities Involved:
Operational
- Strategy preparations (short term) in line with Global Strategy.
- Ensure meeting the defined KPIs.
- Ensure achieving financial KPIs.
- Support in resource planning (short to medium term) and allocation based on the forecast of tenders & projects in collaboration with global organization.
- Support in review and approve techno-economic offering in a tender/project, assess risk and opportunity.
- Run routine review & follow-up with the project team and other cross-functional teams, suppliers and customers.
- Drive implementation of process improvements, standardization, modularization and automation initiative.
- Accountable for the team as per Hitachi Energy Group compliance, Integrity, Health & Safety.
