The Sr. Communications Lead develops and drives the communications strategy for IT & Engineering (ITES), ensuring leaders, colleagues, and key stakeholders receive transparent, consistent, timely, and business-relevant communications. The role shapes how ITES priorities, decisions, accomplishments, and strategic initiatives are communicated across a global organization. This is a senior communications role with both strategic and hands-on accountability. 6-10 years The Sr. Communications Lead sets communications standards and messaging frameworks, serves as a trusted advisor to leadership, and directly leads high-visibility communications where senior ownership is required. The role works closely with ITES leadership, Corporate Communications, Human Resources, and business and functional partners to align messaging, sequencing, audiences, and channels. Key Responsibilities Communications Strategy & Planning • Own and continuously evolve the ITES communications strategy in alignment with ITES priorities and enterprise communications standards.
• Develop integrated annual and quarterly communications plans that connect leadership priorities, major initiatives, organizational updates, and key milestones. • Define audience, message, channel, timing, and cadence for communications so stakeholders receive the right level of information at the right time. • Translate complex technology, business, and organizational topics into clear narratives that explain what matters, why it matters, and what stakeholders need to know or do. • Anticipate communications needs and advise leaders on sequencing, stakeholder impact, message risk, and the most effective communications approach.
