Position Summary
As a Requirements Analyst II and a member of a energetic and multi-functional Agile development team, you will be responsible for developing user requirements for the purpose of creating software products that support efficient workflows and laboratory best practices. You will help build the vision of the product to meet customer needs, strategic direction, expected delivery dates, and exceptional quality standards. To be successful in this role you need a real passion for quality software, dedication to customer satisfaction, and an ability to work effectively in a matrix organization. You will need a positive attitude, persistence, a love of problem solving, and the ability to communicate with people at all levels of a product development organization.
