Job Summary
Role Purpose
Candescent is seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to join our Brand & Communications team from one of our India office locations. This role will help bring the Candescent brand to life across internal, client-facing, executive, event, digital, and sales enablement materials. The ideal candidate combines strong design craft,



production discipline, visual problem-solving, and brand stewardship with the ability to move quickly across a wide range of requests.
This is a hands-on design role, not a review-only or coordination role. The Senior Designer will personally create, refine, and finalize high-quality work while partnering closely with brand, communications, marketing, product marketing, sales, events, and executive stakeholders. Success requires excellent judgment, strong typography and layout skills, comfort with content-heavy materials, and the ability to maintain a consistent visual standard across every touchpoint.
