Position: Social Media Manager Location: Delhi Public School, Gaya, Bihar Job Description: Delhi Public School Gaya is looking for a creative, proactive, and result-oriented Social Media Marketing Specialist to manage and strengthen the schools digital presence. The candidate will be responsible for developing engaging social media content, managing digital platforms, covering school events and achievements, and implementing social media strategies to increase brand visibility and audience engagement. Key Responsibilities Manage and create engaging content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn. Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with school activities, events, campaigns, and important dates. Capture and share real-time updates, stories, photos, reels, event highlights, achievements, and announcements. Develop creative social media campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, reach, and follower growth. Create engaging Reels, Stories, carousels, posts, videos, and other platform-specific content.



Write compelling captions, headlines, and social media copy while maintaining the school's brand voice. Monitor social media trends, trending audio, hashtags, formats, and competitor activities to identify recent content opportunities. Suggest and implement innovative ideas, contests, polls, quizzes, and interactive campaigns to improve audience engagement. Manage social media communities by responding to comments, messages, mentions, and queries in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with teachers, management, students, and event teams to collect content and ensure timely coverage of school activities. Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers, and video editors to develop high-quality visual content. Maintain consistent brand identity, tone, messaging, and visual standards across all social media platforms. Conduct hashtag and keyword research to improve content discoverability and reach.
