Key Responsibilities

- Manage the college’s day-to-day social media accounts, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.n
- Plan and maintain a monthly/weekly social media content calendar.n
- Create, edit, and publish Reels, short-form videos, stories, posts, carousels, and other social media content.n
- Capture photos and videos of campus activities, events, seminars, workshops, student achievements, festivals, and other important occasions.n
- Develop creative content showcasing campus life, student activities, faculty achievements, placements, admissions, events, and institutional initiatives.n
- Write engaging captions, headlines, hooks, and appropriate hashtags.n
- Coordinate with faculty, students, departments, and event teams to collect relevant content and information.n
- Ensure timely posting and maintain consistency in the college’s social media communication.n
- Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and audience engagement and coordinate responses when required.n




- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports covering reach, engagement, followers, views, and content performance.n
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams for promotional campaigns and admission-related content.n

nRequired Skills & Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field.n
- 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, content creation, or a similar role.n
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.n
- Hands-on experience in Reels and short-form video creation.n
- Basic proficiency in video editing and graphic design tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar software.n
- Robust communication and content-writing skills.n
- Creative mindset with an understanding of current social media trends.n
- Good photography/videography skills will be an advantage.n
