Job Description
Ares is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented Associate Vice President to join the Fund Launch, Onboarding and Wind Down (“FLOW”) team and act as the business liaison to technology [across multiple initiatives supporting the fund launch lifecycle for Private Credit, Real Estate, Private Equity, and Secondaries funds,]. In this role, the successful candidate will help bridge the gap between the business and technology by analyzing interconnected operational processes, documenting requirements,



and supporting the full development lifecycle, including release testing and change management.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting ideas, documenting and improving business processes, working with data, and solving problems creatively. The role focuses on implementing practical, high-impact solutions that strengthen business operations across the firm.
