Key Responsibilities & Skills

· Strong understanding of REST API design and ability to interpret Swagger/OpenAPI specifications.

· Proficient in SQL querying for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.

· Good knowledge of transaction processing systems.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders to define business requirements, features, and end-to-end process flows.

· Work closely with Product Managers, Solution Architects, Release Train Engineers, and Scrum teams to deliver solutions aligned with business priorities and roadmap.





· Experience with Mainframe technologies (2-3 years preferred), including exposure to MQ, DataPower, and related integrations.

· Knowledge of GHCP/Lumi is an added advantage.

· Provide regular status updates to Product Managers and Agile/Scrum teams.

· Own, prioritize, and manage the product backlog.

Preferred Domain Experience: · Robust domain knowledge in Cards and Accounts Receivable (AR) systems.

Experience: · 5-8 years of experience in Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles. (Adjust as needed.)

Mandatory Skills: Technical knowledge on API's is must with Credit Cards knowledge
