Education Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
As a Subject Matter Expert for the team, he/she is expected to be technically astute with 'Intune' and associated skills to support the delivery. The role requires one to carry out the following tasks qualitatively.
. Is responsible for ensuring that software are fully deployed, implemented and functioning as per customer's requirement.
. To provide remote OS re build/ Autopilot support.
. To create batch files & scripts wherever possible.
. To undertake Windows Administrator and Active directory tasks if required.
. To be able to perform a research on the upcoming technologies and implement on the project test lab to perform a pilot.
. To identify potential improvements allowing improved use of resources by automation or change or procedures and feed them to the Team Leader.
. To act as a point of contact for technical queries and share technical knowledge wherever possible, assist
