Job Description:

1) Job Purpose:

To develop and strengthen the company’s
brand presence and market position by driving effective brand
strategy, product marketing, market research, 360° communication, digital
marketing and channel engagement, while supporting sales growth, product adoption, customer
engagement and overall business objectives.

2)Roles &Responsibilities;:

1. Brand
Strategy & Management

o Develop and implement
the overall brand strategy, annual
marketing plan and brand calendar.

o Own the brand
positioning and customer proposition across product categories.

o Ensure consistent brand
identity and communication across all marketing touchpoints.

o Build brand awareness,
consideration, preference, trial and recall among dealers, distributors, contractors, applicators, consultants, architects,
builders and end consumers.

o Monitor brand health,
market perception and competitor activities and recommend corrective actions.

2. Product Marketing &
Current Product Development

o Lead new product
development, product positioning, packaging and product launches.





o Conduct market research
to identify customer needs, market gaps and emerging opportunities.

o Develop product
propositions, USPs, communication strategies and go-to-market (GTM) plans.

o Work closely with
R&D;, Technical, Quality, Sales and Production teams for successful product
commercialization.

o Develop product
literature such as brochures, technical datasheets, catalogues, presentations
and digital content

3. 360° Marketing &
Communication

o Plan and execute integrated 360°
marketing campaigns across:

o ATL: Television, Print, Outdoor,
Radio, etc.

o BTL: Dealer activities, contractor
meets, exhibitions, product demonstrations, events, etc.

o Digital: Social media, Google,
website, email and other digital platforms.

o Develop communication campaigns to
strengthen brand image and drive product adoption.

o Prepare creative briefs and
coordinate with advertising, media and creative ag
