NAbout the Role:
NWe are seeking a energetic and results-driven experienced Admission Counsellor who excels in a
Nfast-paced sales environment. You will play a crucial role in guiding prospective students toward
Ninformed academic decisions by understanding their aspirations, recommending suitable
Nprograms, and supporting them throughout the admissions process.
NKey Responsibilities:
N● Provide personalized academic and career counseling, addressing inquiries on courses,
Neligibility, admissions, fees, and scholarships.

- Educate prospective students on program features, pedagogy, and career prospects. N
- Generate and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold calling and inbound inquiries. N
- Convert leads into enrollments while consistently meeting monthly targets. N
- Systematically handle applications and maintain clear communication with parents. N
- Follow up on enrollmentconfirmations and collaborate with the admissions team to N

nachieve targets.
N● Stay informed about industry trends, competitive programs,



and emerging career
Nopportunities.
n● Maintain accurate records of counseling interactions in the CRM. Expand and manage a
Ndatabase of prospective students.
NRequired Skills & Qualifications:

- n
- Any UG / PG degree Education, or a related field with 2-5yrs experience. N
- Must have 2-4 years of relevant experience in academic counseling, career guidance or N

nadmissions.

- Proficiency in MS Office and any CRM tools (preferred). N
- Understanding of education systems, programs, and career pathways (training provided). N
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. N
- Strong interpersonal, communication, persuasion skills to drive enrollments. N
- Flexible for 6days working from the office with rotational weekly off. N
