We are looking for an experienced Injectable CDMO/CMO Business Development & Sales professional to lead recent customer acquisition, business development and revenue growth for
This is a hands-on business development role requiring the candidate to personally identify prospects, conduct customer meetings, negotiate commercials and close new business.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute Injectable CDMO business development strategy. Generate new business from India and international pharma/biotech customers.
Identify opportunities in liquid and lyophilised injectables, formulation development, technology transfer and contract manufacturing.
Personally drive lead generation, customer meetings, proposals, negotiations and closures.
Own the complete sales cycle from Lead → Meeting → Proposal → Negotiation → PO/Contract → Revenue.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
Coordinate with R&D;, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Legal teams.
Develop existing accounts and drive repeat business.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and regular management reports.
Candidate Profile
10–18 years of experience in Pharma BD/Sales/CDMO/CMO.
Strong experience in Injectables / Sterile / Lyophilised / Liquid Injectables.
Proven track record of new customer acquisition and revenue generation.
CDMO/CMO experience strongly preferred.
Strong commercial negotiation and customer management skills.
Comfortable handling both technical and commercial discussions.
Candidates from Injectable CDMO/CMO, Sterile Manufacturing, Pharma/Generic or Biotech companies preferred.
