Transaction Manager – Transaction Management

What this job involves:
Coordinating transactions across the APAC region:
You will be expected to deliver Transaction Management (TM) services to some of the world’s largest companies. Managing a portfolio across Asia, this position calls for a highly energetic individual with excellent communication, portfolio management and client relationship management skills. Comfortable in working towards achieving performance targets,



you will be responsible to deliver a range of possible real estate and workplace solutions to a client looking for the next generation benefits that come from a vested partnership with JLL. Additional to this, the role also involves you to upskill the team by continuous trainings and diligent contribution towards intrinsically gathering employee feedback and recognition. It is imperative to lay the groundwork for the avenue that is to be paved for the upcoming generation.

Core Responsibility: Accounts and Transaction Management:
- Coordinate, execute and monitor all steps surrounding a transaction (completion of project initiation forms, delivery of market surveys, site tours, RFI/RFPs, LOI, building evaluation matrixes, lease execution and transaction closeout).
