As a Senior Digital Activation Specialist, you'll serve as a trusted technical expert and thought leader, driving the execution of complex multi-channel marketing campaigns across enterprise platforms. You'll establish governance standards, champion process improvements, and mentor the next generation of digital marketers — all while making a measurable impact on how Hyland connects with its audience.
Your Role Responsibilities? Here's What You'll Do.
- Lead execution of complex multi-channel digital marketing initiatives across enterprise platforms, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and adherence to activation standards and compliance protocols.
- Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues, platform troubleshooting, and integration-related concerns, translating platform capabilities into actionable solutions.
- Validate campaign tracking, attribution models,



and measurement accuracy while partnering with Analytics and Marketing Operations to ensure data governance and reporting integrity.
- Identify, document, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that drive consistency, quality, and scalability across digital activation workflows.
- Create and continuously improve platform documentation, operational playbooks, training materials, and standard operating procedures.
- Mentor, coach, and train team members while serving as an cutting-edge thought leader, contributing to departmental growth through knowledge sharing and best-practice guidance.
