Summary /Purpose of the role
- Execute SVT pump assembly as per customer requirement.
- Executes and co-ordinate for spares material of SVT Pump Division.
- To Achieve MOP /AOP SVT pumps.  Responsible for planning, organizing, staffing, leading, controlling, Co-ordination and overseeing the operations of SVT pumps.
- Routine as well as 3rd Party inspection of SVT pumps & its related activities, which belongs to growing business in SVT Pump. Without this role not possible to execute MOP/AOP

Key Responsibilities
- Execution of monthly operating plan & Annual operating plan of SVT Pumps.
- Execution of spares-domestic/Export and mandatory (Exclude in-house material) for SVT Pumps.
- Ensure assembly of pumps as per customer QAP requirement.



Ensure Internal & External customer satisfaction.
- Co-ordination with Foundries, OPC, Planning, Suppliers, Pump testing lab, MED, IED, Design to achieve MOP & AOP.
- To attend & execute third party inspection activities (Hydro test, balancing, strip test. Co-ordination of DP, RT Test)
- Reduce cost of product by maintaining minimum levels of rejections/ reworks, wastes, inventories / stock discrepancies / customer complaints.
- Different types of API Piping plan execution as per QAP and as per customer requirement.
- First Time Right (FTR) ratio improvement, Resolve technical problems during assembly.
- Analysis of rejection, rework, and losses.
- Maintain shop floor discipline and safety culture.
- Credit pumps and spares as per Plan to dispatch section.
- Maintaining various improvement activities like 5’s, KAIZENS, TPM,O-Suji, IMS, safety records (BBS, near miss, incident tracking) etc.
