1) Job Purpose

This role focuses on designing and implementing technology solutions tailored to meet specific business needs including advanced AI and Generative AI (GenAI) solutions that drive business transformation. We are seeking technically proficient Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of innovative solutions across our enterprise.

This role requires translation of complex business challenges into robust, scalable, cost effective and secure architectures, with a specific focus on leveraging Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). Additionally, the role requires deep technical expertise, solid leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.

Solution Architecture and Design
- Solution architect (he /she) needs to design and document the overall architecture of technology solutions.
- Develops reference architectures and reusable components across business units.




- Ensures overall architecture is in alignment with business objectives and requirements.
- Acts as a bridge between technical and business aspects of an organization and oversees the design and implementation of solution components viz., Digital IT, Application systems and GenAI applications.

End user requirements elicitation and impact assessment
- Collaborates with stakeholders, such as end-users, business analysts, techno-functional leads, project managers, initiative owners to understand needs and to elicit requirements.
- Uses adequate methods / tools e.g., design thinking, user journey map to clarify the requirements and establish the impact

Technology evaluation and selection
- Assesses various technologies and platforms to determine the most suitable options for the solution, considering factors such as cost, performance, and compatibility.
- Guides on build vs. buy choices.
- Figures out the fit for purpos
