Role and Responsibilities:

- Lead code/design reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planningn
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debuggingn
- Write clean code to develop functional web applicationsn
- Advanced troubleshooting and debuggingn
- Perform UI tests to optimize performancen
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new featuresn
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applicationsn
- Gather and address technical and design requirementsn
- Set up and maintain environment configurations and monitor system healthn
- Build reusable code and libraries for future usen
- Provide training and support to internal teamsn
- Enhance development tools, test coverage, and/or code structuren
- Lead mentoring and technical support to junior engineersn
- Respond promptly to on-call incidents, including troubleshooting and resolving critical disruptions to ensure minimal downtimen

- Requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience in software development, or a related field; or 6 years and an advanced degreen
- Bachelors degree in engineering, or another related field or equivalent work experiencen
- Strong programming skills in an object-oriented language such as Java or C#, with proven work experience as a full stack developern
