Job Description

Key Activities:
- Techno Commercial Support to First Fit, Handling Investment Case Preparation & Approvals, Price Agreements.
- Forecast follow for the Order Intake Month Wise.
- SR1 & SR2 Order Entry, Review the Open Orders and follow up for the Blockage and Expedite.
- Coordination with Sales, Service Centers, and Operations teams for expedition.
- Handling and Support Customer Rejections and Issue resolution.
- Payments, Inventory and Material Availability follow-up
- Maintain Customer Master Data, Amendments,



Manage credit limits for both existing and current customers through MDM and SAP, ensuring compliance with the Delegation of Authority (DoA) guidelines.
- Maintain strong coordination with Sales and Finance teams to drive collection and closure of outstanding debtor balances as per business targets.
- Support the Team and Management as on Business requirement.

Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure 100% compliance with business processes and procedures related to Pre & Post Orders and other applicable systems.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying and implementing process enhancement initiatives.
- Adhere to Smiths policies and contribute to workplace safety, quality, and operational excellence.
- Liaise and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders and the First Fit Sales Team to support business objectives and customer requirements.
