The Release Manager owns the planning, coordination, governance, and continuous improvement of releases across Danaher's Enterprise Data Platform, including Snowflake, Azure, Matillion, dbt, Airflow, GitHub, and related data services. This role orchestrates releases across platform, data engineering, operations, security, and OpCo teams, ensuring changes are tested, approved,



traceable, communicated, and deployed with minimal business disruption. The Release Manager strengthens release discipline through automation, standard controls, metrics, and pragmatic delivery practices while supporting both planned releases and urgent production changes.

This position reports to the Director - Data Platform and Operations and is part of the Enterprise Data Engineering team located in the Bangalore IDC office. The specific working arrangement will be confirmed by the interview team.
