The Lead Software Engineer is responsible for contributing to the design, development, deployment, and operation of secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions.
The role provides technical leadership within an assigned product area or project, contributes to architectural and design decisions,



and ensures that solutions comply with organizational engineering, quality, security, and operational standards.
The role is expected to lead complex projects, coordinate technical delivery across participating teams, mentor software engineers, and act as a key technical contact for project stakeholders.

- Lead the technical delivery of complex projects.
- Contribute to technical planning, estimation, scheduling, dependency identification, and delivery tracking.
- Break technical solutions into implementable work packages and engineering tasks.
- Allocate or delegate technical activities within the team when appropriate.
- Monitor technical progress against agreed project objectives, quality expectations, milestones, and timelines.
- Identify technical risks, constraints, assumptions, and dependencies.
