Senior IAM Manager.
nRole Overview:
nWe are seeking a senior IAM leader to lead and operate all Identity & Access Management services delivered from India, accountable for execution, service quality, and outcomes aligned to global IAM product priorities.
nThis role reports directly to the Global Head of Digital Identity and is responsible for ensuring that the India IAM organization delivers against the roadmap, commitments, and priorities set by global Identity product owners.
nThe role is primarily focused on service ownership, operational accountability, and people leadership, translating global direction into consistent, high-Quality execution.
nKey Responsibilities:

- IAM Service Delivery & Accountabilityn

nEnd-to-end accountability for IAM services delivered from India, including but not limited to:

- n
- Workforce Identity & Accessn
- Authentication, MFA, and SSOn
- Identity lifecycle and access governancen
- Directory servicesn
- Ensure the India team delivers work owned and prioritized by global Identity product owners,



with explicit alignment to approved roadmaps.n
- Own delivery outcomes, including quality, timeliness, and operational stability.n
- Serve as the primary escalation point for IAM delivery or service issues arising from the region.n

nExecution Against Product Strategy:
nPartner closely with global Identity product owners to:

- n
- Plan, sequence, and execute delivery commitmentsn
- Provide transparent status, risks, and dependenciesn
- Ensure regional execution aligns with global architecture, security standards, and operating models.n
- Actively identify delivery risks and raise them early with product and leadership teams.n
- Drive consistent execution without introducing local divergence in priorities or design.n
