About the Role:
The Technical Account Manager will lead and mentor a high-performing offshore team of approximately 30 professionals supporting an enterprise account. This role is responsible for delivery excellence, operational governance, client relationship management, technical leadership, and people development to ensure the successful execution of business objectives and continuous improvement.

What You'll Do:
- Delivery & Account Management- Lead offshore delivery, ensuring quality, timely execution, resource optimization, KPI/SLA compliance, risk management, and continuous improvement while serving as the primary client contact.
- Technical Leadership- Mentor technical teams, drive engineering best practices, DevOps and automation adoption, and support solution reviews, technical decisions, and issue resolution.
- Operations & Performance Management- Oversee production support and operations, monitor performance metrics, and implement process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational excellence.
- Client Engagement -Build strong client relationships,



present delivery performance and risks, provide strategic recommendations, and align offshore execution with business objectives.
- People Leadership- Lead and develop a team of ~30 associates, managing performance, growth opportunities, succession planning, engagement, hiring, retention, and fostering a culture of accountability and continuous learning.

What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in software delivery, technical program management, or account management roles.
- Proven experience managing offshore delivery teams of 25-50 members.
- Strong understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), Agile methodologies, and operational support models.
- Experience working with financial services or banking clients.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and executive presentation skills.
