Purpose of the Role

The role is responsible for managing end-to-end pricing and quotation activities for Special Cargo (SPC), including Out of Gauge (OOG), In Gauge (IG), and Break Bulk (BBK) shipments. The role ensures timely and accurate quote generation, coordinates with internal and external stakeholders to obtain operational and pricing approvals,



identifies process improvement opportunities, and delivers an exceptional customer experience while driving quoting efficiency and operational excellence.

You will be Responsible for:
- Creating short-term (ST) and long-term (LT) quotations for OOG, IG, and BBK shipments based on customer requirements and business guidelines.
- Coordinating with terminals to obtain operational approvals, additional handling charges, and cargo-specific requirements for special cargo shipments.
- Collaborating with Pricing Managers to secure optimal commercial rates and ensure timely turnaround of customer quotations.
- Managing customer requests related to pricing, contracts, booking amendments, and rate revisions while serving as the primary point of contact throughout the quotation lifecycle.
