Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Sr Manager Customer Success to lead our customer success team in Hyderabad, India. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and growth through effective customer engagement, issue resolution, and proactive account management.
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement customer success strategies to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction.n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize customer needs and develop tailored solutions.n
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their business needs and providing proactive support to ensure successful outcomes.n
- Lead and manage the customer success team to achieve sales growth, customer retention, and revenue expansion.n
- Conduct regular customer reviews and assessments to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address customer concerns.n




- Work closely with sales teams to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing customers.n
- Develop and maintain service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure timely and effective issue resolution.n
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather customer feedback and provide input on recent product features and services.n
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer success to ensure our team remains competitive and effective.n

Required Qualifications:

- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.n
- Minimum 8 years of experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and retention.n
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams.n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationship
