Field Effectiveness will provide hands-on analytical and operational support that helps improve the productivity and effectiveness of the sales force. The role sits at the intersection of data analytics, commercial operations, and field strategy, with a focus on accurate execution, actionable insights, and reliable field enablement.
This position reports to a Senior Manager within Field Excellence and works closely with field leadership, analytics, reporting, incentive compensation, data-management, and cross-system partners.

Responsibilities

Field Data Analysis and Insights
- Analyze data from Veeva CRM, distribution partners, claims, patient services, and other approved commercial sources.
- Assess reach, frequency, HCP engagement, call-plan adherence, account performance, and targeting effectiveness for field sales teams.
