About The Job:
- The Major Incident Manager will be responsible for managing and resolving complex major incidents affecting critical business systems, applications, and services.
- The role requires a proactive and cooperative individual with a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
- The candidate should be capable of quickly integrating into the team with minimal onboarding and delivering results through on-the-job training.




- The role also involves contributing to Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) initiatives, managing CSI projects in an Agile way, and working in 24/7 rotational shifts, including weekends.

Essential Job Functions:
- Lead the resolution of major incidents, ensuring minimal business disruption and timely service restoration.
- Coordinate with Service Leaders, Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and technical teams to address and resolve incidents effectively.
- Provide clear, accurate, and timely communication to senior leaders, stakeholders, and end users during incident resolution.
- Actively seek work, drive follow-ups, and take ownership of issues to ensure resolution.
- Collaborate with other IT functions to identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to successful implementation.
- Engage in Continuous Service Improvement (CSI) objectives to enhance processes and service quality.
- Manage CSI projects using Agi
