NWe're a global storytelling media platform focused on the Global Capability Center (GCC) ecosystem. We are building a strong media, events, and leadership community platform around one of the most talked-about and fastest-growing areas in the global business landscape.
NThe Role
nWe are looking for an independent, proactive, and highly organised Events & Community Manager to own GCC Pulse's events and community initiatives.
NYou will manage roundtables, webinars, leadership events, networking programs, and community initiatives from planning through execution and post-event engagement, while building relationships with GCC leaders and other key stakeholders.
NWhat You'll Do

- Own event planning and execution, including speakers, participants, logistics, partners, and follow-up N
- Build and engage relationships with GCC leaders and professionals N
- Manage and grow community initiatives and member engagement N
- Coordinate with sponsors, partners, venues, vendors, and other stakeholders N




- Work with editorial andmarketing teams to create content opportunities around events N
- Develop and execute newevent and community ideas N
- Maintain relevant databases, calendars, trackers, and reports N

nWhat We're LookingFor

- n
- 1–2 years of experience in events, community, media, publishing, conferences, B2B marketing, or a related field N
- Candidates from a similar industry / field will be given preference N
- Excellent communicationand interpersonal skills N
- Strong organisational and execution abilities N
- Comfortable interactingwith senior professionals and business leaders N
- Independent, self-driven and accountable, with a strong sense of ownership N
- A problem-solver who takes initiative rather than waiting for instructions N
- Comfortable using recent-age productivity, AI and digital tools to work smarter and improve execution N
- Familiarity with CRM systems, databases and digital community
