- Design and develop robust, scalable, and high-performance Salesforce solutions.n
- Provide architectural leadership and guidance on Salesforce best practices, platform capabilities, and integration strategies.n
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.n
- Lead and mentor development teams,



ensuring adherence to coding standards and quality.n
- Perform hands-on development, configuration, and customization of the Salesforce platform.n
- Conduct solution design reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture principles.n
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.n
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends.n

nRequired Skills and Qualifications

- A minimum of 10 years of overall IT experience.n
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with the Salesforce platform.n
- Strong expertise in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and technical leadership.n
- Proven hands-on Salesforce development experience (Apex, Visualforce, LWC, SOQL, SOSL).n
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce declarative configuration tools (Process Builder, Flow, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules).n
