Overview
In this role the Manager (EE, Advanced Structures) actively participate in NPI,
redesign and sustenance activities on electrical & electronics design, development, verification, and validation.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages, develops, and motivates a team of electrical & electronics engineers to deliver engineering solutions.
- Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with customers, stakeholders, peers and direct reports.
- Performs project Planning, develops and administers budget, schedules and performance standards.
- Performs resource planning, analyses hiring requirements, metrics and trends to influence team strategy and performance
- Leads departmental initiatives to enhance organization process improvements.
- Manages project technical risks and develops mitigation plan
- Performs Competency Assessment and Leadership development Review
