This role focuses on designing and developing engaging digital learning experiences that help learners build practical knowledge and skills.
You will transform source content and subject matter expertise into clear, structured, and learner-friendly training experiences.
The position combines instructional design, storyboarding, content development, research, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
You will work closely with subject matter experts, senior designers, graphic designers, and developers throughout the learning development lifecycle.
A solid focus will be placed on instructional quality, alignment with learning objectives, usability, and attention to detail.
You will manage multiple learning projects simultaneously within a quick-paced, high-volume development environment.

Accountabilities:
- Develop instructional design documents and storyboards for engaging digital learning experiences.
- Translate source materials, business information, and subject matter expertise into structured, learner-friendly content.
- Apply instructional design principles to create effective and engaging learning experiences.
- Collaborate closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to understand content, validate accuracy, and shape learning solutions.
- Work with senior instructional designers to develop and refine digital learning content.
- Design and develop eLearning modules using tools such as Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, and Adobe Captivate.
- Create job aids, training materials, and other supporting learning resources as required.
