QA Associate Analyst Omni Channel
nAbout the Role:
nWe are looking for a QA Associate Analyst Omni Channel to support quality across end-to-end customer journeys spanning digital, store, and fulfillment systems .
nIn this role, you will help ensure that omni-channel experiencessuch as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS), Ship-from-Store, Order Management, Returns, and Inventory flowswork reliably across multiple systems and touchpoints .
nThis is a hands-on, early-career role where you will:

- Execute functional and end-to-end testingn
- Validate data consistency across integrated systems n
- Support release readiness and regression stability n

nYou will build robust foundations in testing, integration validation, and modern QE practices , with a clear path toward becoming a Quality Engineer .
nWhat Youll Do:
nEnd-to-End Omni Channel Testing:

- n
- Execute test cases across end-to-end workflows such as:n
- n
- Cart Order Fulfillment Store pickup Returnsn

- Validate feature behavior across multiple systems (Frontend apps, APIs, POS, OMS,



Inventory).n
- Perform manual and exploratory testing to identify defects and edge cases.n
- Support regression testing to ensure stability across releases.n

nIntegration & Data Validation:

- n
- Validate data consistency across systems :n
- n
- Orders, inventory, pricing, customer datan

n
- Test integration flows across APIs, services, and downstream systems.n
- Support validation of:n
- n
- Batch jobs and scheduled processesn
- Event-driven workflows and system handoffsn

- Identify data mismatches, missing updates, or processing issues .n

nExecute Testing in Agile Teams:

- n
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, refinement, sprint planning).n
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and analysts to:n

- Understand requirementsn
- Identify test scenarios and edge cases earlyn

- Communicate test progress, risks, and blockers clearly
