Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver end-to-end Workforce Management and Time & Attendance solutions across the full solution lifecycle — from requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, development, integration, testing,



deployment and production support

Act as the technical subject matter expert for Workforce Software, providing authoritative guidance on solution design, configuration and integration best practices

Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, engineers and external partners to translate complex business requirements into practical, scalable and maintainable technical solutions

Ensure seamless integration of Workforce Management solutions with the broader HR technology landscape, including HR and payroll systems, using APIs, file-based interfaces, SQL and scripting technologies

Lead technical workstreams, providing solution guidance and driving delivery within Agile, multidisciplinary teams
