Job Description
General Purpose of the Job:
nThe Principal Engineer will build computer software systems, participating in the design process from beginning to end. Leads architectural design patterns and decisions to achieve our strategic product goals at the enterprise level. Demonstrates deep technical domain knowledge and ownership of multiple enterprise product features end-to-end. A key strategic player involved in maintenance of enterprise product features, including on call escalations, triaging and resolution.
nEssential Duties & Responsibilities:

- Deliver highly scalable, available, and fault-tolerant production applications.n
- Help prevent and investigate production issues.n
- Build architecture design, ensure the quality of architecture and design of systems, influence product roadmap, and take ownership and responsibility over new projects.n
- Lead code/design reviews to ensure smooth daily operations and accurate planningn
- Participate in the entire application lifecycle, focusing on coding and debuggingn




- Write clean code to develop functional applicationsn
- Identify bottlenecks in systems and optimize performancen
- Liaise with developers, designers and system administrators to identify new featuresn
- Manage cutting-edge technologies to improve legacy applicationsn
- Gather and address technical and design requirementsn
- Set up and maintain setting configurations and monitor system healthn
- Provide training and support to internal teamsn
- Contribute as a Technical Team Lead by mentoring others, lead sprint planning, delegating work and assignments to team members and participate in project planning.n
- Introduce and enhance tools to allow greater automation and operability of services.n
- Interface with customers and other business stakeholders to effectively deliver software products that meet their needsn
- Establishing and maintaining standards for the engineering organization.n
