nMUST Requirements:

- Real Estate or Infrastructure or Hospitality industry experience is a MUSTn
- 15+ years of TA leadership experience (Head of TA)n
- Robust experience in building and setting up SOPs (succession planning, performance management, hiring strategies, etc.)n
- Hands-on experience in C-suite level hirings and robust talent acquisition processes.n
