nWe are looking for a International Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team.
nIn this role, you will play a key part in the development and growth of one of the Bauli Group's iconic brands. You will be responsible for defining and executing the marketing plan, managing the product portfolio, identifying innovation opportunities, and driving initiatives that support business growth.

- Brand Strategy & Positioning: Drive end-to-end brand management across South East Asia, Middle East & Africa, and South/Rest of Asia; define regional brand positioning, messaging, and localized marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.n
- Budget Management & Regional Allocation: Formulate, allocate, and optimize the annual international marketing budget across target regions and product lines to maximize ROI and campaign effectiveness.n




- Product Launches & Go-To-Market (GTM): Lead multi-country product launch strategies, working closely with regulatory, supply chain, and sales teams to ensure timely execution and market penetration.n
- Channel Partner & Distributor Coordination: Collaborate directly with regional distributors, super stockists, and retail partners to align on trade marketing initiatives, point-of-sale branding, and promotion plans.n
- Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management: Interface seamlessly with internal teams—including Global Sales, R&D;, Supply Chain, Regulatory Affairs, and Finance—to streamline operations and ensure unified brand execution.n
- Market Intelligence & Consumer Insights: Conduct deep-dive market research to analyze consumer behaviors, cultural nuances, category trends, and competitor landscapes across diverse international territories.n
