Job Summary

Hexad Engineering LLP is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Engineer to support our engineering services team. The role involves identifying recent business opportunities, generating leads, supporting client communication, and assisting in sales and marketing activities for the North American market.

This is a great opportunity for fresh engineering graduates interested in B2 B business development, technical sales, and international client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, target industries, and business opportunities. Generate and qualify leads through online platforms, databases, email outreach, and networking. Research prospective companies and key decision-makers. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, capability statements, quotations, and client pitches.



Maintain and update lead and client information, follow-ups, and sales pipeline trackers. Support competitor research and market benchmarking. Coordinate with technical teams to understand Hexad's engineering services and capabilities. Participate in client meetings, calls, presentations, and follow-ups. Assist with Linked In and email-based digital outreach campaigns. Prepare reports on lead generation, follow-ups, and business development activities. Ideal Candidate Profile
B. E./B. Tech. degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering. 0–1 year of relevant experience; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Highly motivated and driven professional with excellent English communication skills. Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
