nAs part of Deutsche Börse Groups digital transformation and cloud migration journey, the Big Data & Advanced Analytics (BDAA) team is seeking a skilled and forward-thinking Head of Data Infrastructure & Automation. This role focuses on leading and scaling automation capabilities across the enterprise data platform, ensuring that the underlying cloud-based infrastructure and cloud services run efficiently, securely,



and reliably through intelligent automation, modern engineering practices, and strong collaboration with product, engineering, and operations teams.
nYour responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers and automation specialists.n
- Understand the operational lifecycle of cloud native services (Azure/GCP) , including networking , compute, storage, IAM, and monitoring. n
- Maintain solid, practical hands-on familiarity with BigData technologies (e.g., Databricks, Spark, Delta Lake, SQL).n
- Oversee and perform hands-on automation for provisioning, configuration, and scaling of cloud resources.n
- Translate operational challenges into scalable automation solutions.n
- Ensure compliant, secure, and resilient cloud operations through IaC and automated guardrails.n
- Improve SLAs, SLOs, and reliability indicators through automated remediation and continuous improvement.n
